1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms
Program Name: BillboardNomad Alerts
Description: Users who opt-in to our mobile messaging program will receive messages regarding their inquiries, account updates, and relevant service alerts.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BillboardNomad's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
